Luxe Living delivers to all major cities and towns across Kenya. Our primary delivery areas include:
- Nairobi Metropolitan Area
- Mombasa
- Kisumu
- Nakuru
- Eldoret
- Other major towns (subject to availability)
For remote areas, please contact our customer service team to confirm delivery availability and additional charges that may apply.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Delivery location
- Size and weight of the items
- Total order value

Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframes are as follows:
- In-stock items:
- Nairobi: 1-3 business days
- Other major cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
- Made-to-order items: 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity
- Custom builds: 4-8 weeks depending on the specifications
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- When your order is ready for delivery, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
- On the delivery day, our team will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
- Our delivery personnel will bring the items to your specified location, unpack them, and remove all packaging materials if requested.
- You will be asked to inspect the items and sign a delivery confirmation.
Assembly Services
We offer professional assembly services for an additional fee:
- Small items (chairs, side tables): KSh 1,000 per item
- Medium items (dining tables, desks): KSh 2,000 per item
- Large items (beds, wardrobes): KSh 3,000 - 5,000 per item
Assembly services can be added during checkout or arranged after delivery by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your delivery:
- Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Rescheduling can be done by calling our customer service team or responding to your delivery confirmation email.
- We allow up to two free reschedules per order. Additional reschedules may incur a fee of KSh 1,000.
For delivery cancellations:
- Cancellations made before the order is dispatched will not incur any fees.
- Cancellations made after the order is dispatched may incur a restocking fee of 15% of the order value.
